Tony Farmer is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He is an influencer who builds and leverages diverse, collaborative networks to create innovative solutions to complex issues.
A certified life coach, Tony founded Full Armour Coaching to help clients overcome personal and professional barriers. His vast network throughout the country is testimony to his success as a relationship builder and connector.
Tony has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland, Global Campus and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from George Mason University.
In his spare time, he hosts the Black Live Matter show on Inkandescent Radio. The purpose of the program is to provide a medium to discuss issues that impact people of color.
Full Armour Coaching LLC, offers four tiers of coaching:

These are facilitated discussions with an organization’s management teams to define roles and offer different perspectives on efficient and effective leadership. Principles will be derived from leadership theory and best practices from C-Suite to rank and file and the interactive dynamics at all levels of the organization. Once roles are clearly defined, the Coach/Facilitator will assist the group with identifying objectives and tasks to improve overall productivity.
Organization’s staff take part in facilitated discussions to identify barriers that limit productivity and curtail promotion opportunities. Coach/Facilitator will then provide tools and techniques to assist
employees in accomplishing individual and organizational goals. The F.E.A.R. (Failure, Expectation, Ambiguity, Reality) model will be used to discover root causes and develop actionable solutions.
Coach will work with individuals at multiple levels in the organization to develop a personal brand. After the session participants will be able to market themselves and be better representatives of the organization.

- Removing or mitigating the “inner critic”
